Common questions
- Can two departments from the same school both register?
- No — and you don't need to. There is one JunoClass account per school email domain. The first teacher registers your school; colleagues in any subject department sign in and join the same cross-curricular account. Start with Starter for a smaller school, then upgrade to School for larger whole-school rollout.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Every school gets a 14-day free trial on the Starter plan (30 teachers, up to 600 pupils). Register your school and start using JunoClass straight away.
- When do I pay?
- Only when you're ready. Subscribe anytime from School admin → Billing during or after your trial.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Teachers and pupils won't be able to sign in until a school admin subscribes. Your data stays safe — subscribe to restore access immediately.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Your free trial runs on the Starter plan. When you subscribe, choose Starter or School from School admin → Billing. You can switch between Starter and School later from Manage subscription (Stripe).
- Is VAT included?
- Prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
- Do you have a data protection pack for our IT team?
- Yes. See our School IT & data protection pack — sub-processors, security, retention and DPA requests. You can print it as a PDF for your approval process.
